This online solution allows members of small communities, for example, home-owners at apartment blocks, control the utilization of the common budget. With this application, administrators of the community budget may create a budget plan, and at the same time all members of the community who contribute to the budget, may vote for the most important budget lines by distributing their money.
The original prototype is developed for committees of home owners at multi-apartment buildings, but will be useful for any citizen communities, like parents’ committees, associations, etc. With the help of this ICT tool, active citizens may better control their contributions and prevent improper use of community money.
